Kasie Weinandt

Kasie is a licensed cosmetologist since 2007, cosmetology educator, and certified makeup artist. She resides in Los Angeles, Ca. She began her work in Kansas City, Mo where she started her salon journey working at a curly hair specialty salon. She partnered with Davines color and product company soon after that and ventured into the fashion and editorial scene in Kansas city participating in events such as shoots with local photographers and Kansas City Fashion Week. She grew her passion for her trade by taking as much continuing education as possible through Johnson County Community College, Trade Shows, Davines local and international classes as well as various other salon professional brands. In 2020 She completed an apprenticeship course for cosmetology education at Z Hair Academy and attained her state license. After moving to Burbank in 2021 she completed her master makeup artistry certification through the Makeup Designory. Her passion lies in the beauty industry creating beautiful clean and avant garde looks with hairstyling and makeup. She creates beauty runway, bridal,commercial,decade fxsfx, etc looks with hair and makeup for the TV and Film Industry. She is an advanced colorist and haircutter in Burbank, Ca in the media district at her salon Queen of the Nile Beauty Salon, 3915 Riverside Dr Burbank, Ca 91505. She also educates for the professional salon brand Epre.
