Salon Done is a marketplace that connects clients with independent beauty professionals and salons. Salon Done does not directly provide beauty services.
All services offered through the platform are performed by independent providers who maintain control over their own businesses, pricing, scheduling, cancellation policies, and refund practices.
Provider-Specific Policies
Each provider on Salon Done may establish their own cancellation, rescheduling, refund, deposit, and no-show policies.
By booking an appointment through Salon Done, you acknowledge and agree that refunds, credits, partial refunds, deposits, cancellation fees, and rescheduling eligibility are subject to the individual provider's policies.
Clients are encouraged to review all provider policies carefully before confirming a booking.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation policies vary by provider and may include:
- Full refunds for cancellations made within a specified timeframe
- Partial refunds for late cancellations
- Non-refundable deposits
- Cancellation fees
- No-show fees
- Rescheduling limitations
The applicable policy for your appointment will be presented during the booking process and/or included within the provider's profile.
Refund Requests
Refund requests relating to services performed, appointment cancellations, no-shows, dissatisfaction with services, or other appointment-related matters must first be directed to the provider who performed or was scheduled to perform the service.
Because providers are independent businesses, Salon Done does not guarantee refunds and does not independently determine whether a refund should be granted.
Refund decisions are generally made in accordance with the provider's stated policies.
Salon Done's Role
Salon Done serves solely as a technology platform that facilitates introductions, bookings, communications, and payment processing between clients and providers.
Salon Done is not a party to the service agreement between the client and the provider and is not responsible for:
- The quality of services performed
- Appointment outcomes
- Provider cancellations
- Client cancellations
- Service-related disputes
- Refund decisions made by providers
Provider Cancellations
If a provider cancels an appointment, Salon Done may, at its sole discretion:
- Assist in locating an alternative provider
- Facilitate communication between the parties
- Process a refund if authorized by the provider or required by applicable law
Exceptional Circumstances
While refunds are generally governed by provider policies, Salon Done reserves the right, but is under no obligation, to investigate disputes and issue credits, refunds, or other resolutions in extraordinary circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Fraudulent activity
- Unauthorized transactions
- Duplicate charges
- Platform errors
- Situations required by applicable law
Any such determination shall be made solely at Salon Done's discretion.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes directly with the provider and/or Salon Done before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.
Unauthorized or improper chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of platform access.
